Sachin, Training and Communications Manager

I’m the Training and Communications Manager at Tile Giant, and I have been in retail for most of my career. I’ve worked for Kingfisher (B&Q), Topps Tiles and now Tile Giant. I have held various management positions across B&Q in store operations; at Topps Tiles I was Store Manager, and in Tile Giant I have been in Store Management roles for as long as I have been with the business.

I love helping our colleagues deliver an excellent service to our customers through their knowledge of products, as well as helping our teams to develop, and make our stores simple to operate in. For me, a good day at work is when a colleague tells me that I have made a difference to them, either by helping them learn, develop or improve on their work.

Tile Giant is a great place to work, and has a fantastic company culture: our colleagues are the most important factor in the success of the business, and the sheer kindness of people we employ makes a difference. It also makes it a great place to work.
