The role

The role has a lot of variety and whilst there is some routine, no two days will be the same! You’ll hold a key role in the branch ensuring supplier deliveries are booked onto the system and customer invoice queries are dealt with efficiently. In addition to this you will be responsible for cash banking and answering supplier queries. You will be frequently using and managing ODAS & expenses, ordering stationery & PPE, conducting stocktake administration plus supporting branch management daily.

What we are looking for

You will need a “can do” attitude, be quick to learn and able to multitask while working at pace.

We are looking for a first rate communicator who really understands what customer service is all about, someone who will be actively working with our customers day to day. You must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines effectively.
