Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator who puts customers at the heart of everything you do? Do you have excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Benefits Administration Assistant to join our Reward team, based in Northampton

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are already in a general HR role and would like to specialise, or if you would like to take your first steps into the HR world! You could be an experienced administrator with great customer service skills but fancy a change in direction.

What you’ll do
You’ll be following our Benefits processes and assisting with the running of our myPerks voluntary and flexible benefits programmes. Working with our Benefits Administrator, you’ll also be liaising with our payroll teams to ensure the various payroll deductions are correctly applied, as well as working with our third party providers to ensure a smooth colleague journey. You’ll need to be someone who takes pride in their work with great attention to detail and excellent spreadsheet skills as the role involves assisting with the reconciling and checking of payroll deductions against colleague benefit records.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, helpful, willing to learn and able to use their own initiative. Due to the confidential nature of the work we do, you’ll need to work with absolute discretion. Problem solving and analytical skills would also be a great help!
