Over your 12 month Apprenticeship, you will build your industry knowledge by working as a Branch Sales Assistant within our CPS Branch in Rugby. You'll support the Branch Manager to deliver an outstanding service to all customers, whether serving them on the trade counter or over the phone. The modules of your programme will include; safety culture, product ranges, customers and leadership. Our experienced team will work with you to ensure you progress through your programme and put in place the foundations for a great career with the Travis Perkins Group.

For the best chance of securing yourself a place on a fantastic career journey, you’ll need to be someone who:

• Can build relationships with a wide variety of people

• Has 2+ years experience within a customer facing role

• Is willing to travel, and be flexible in terms of location

• Loves to learn, develop and expand their knowledge

• Holds a full UK driving licence
