Fast Track Management Programme

We’re looking for Graduates to learn, grow and develop into future business leaders. Join BSS this October, if you want to start your career and get on the fast track to management, our one to two-year Fast Track Management Programme is for you. 
 
The programme
Our programmes offer a mix of formal and on-the-job training, including all the one-to-one coaching and mentoring you need to succeed. You will be in regular contact with senior managers and directors and will learn more about the direction of our business and how you can influence it. 
Working with our Business Intelligence team, you’ll learn about every aspect of our business from the very best and develop skills that will be valuable for the rest of your career. All in a supportive environment that encourages you to challenge yourself and those around you.
 
What you’ll need
This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently completed a college or university course or has interest in Computing. You’ll just need to be methodical and ambitious with the ability to learn fast, think smart and communicate confidently with people at all levels. You will be highly analytical with strong numerical skills and the drive to continue learning and developing, you’ll have the flexibility to work in different locations to discover all you can about our business.

Hours of work: Our working hours also offer a great work life balance - you will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Most of our customers choose to enjoy their weekends and bank holidays which means you can too!

Salary: £18000 starting salary + Bonus + bank holidays + discounts and access to health and wellbeing advice and support. 

Location: This position will be hybrid  based at our BSS Support Centre in Leicester , and some working from home (but willing to travel to other sites, and be flexible to travel to different locations)
