Fast Track Management Programme

We’re looking for Graduates to learn, grow and develop into future business leaders. Join BSS this October, if you want to start your career and get on the fast track to management, our one to two-year Fast Track Management Programme is for you. 
 
The programme
Our programmes offer a mix of formal and on-the-job training, including all the one-to-one coaching and mentoring you need to succeed. You will be in regular contact with senior managers and directors and will learn more about the direction of our business and how you can influence it. 
Working within our Central Hire head office team, you’ll learn about every aspect of our business from the very best and develop skills that will be valuable for the rest of your career. All in a supportive environment that encourages you to challenge yourself and those around you.
 
You will follow a 1 Year  programme that has been designed to accelerate your career to within BSS upon completion. Not only will it fast track your career, it will also reward you with a nationally recognised qualification and access to future opportunities to further your career.

Right from the start of your career with us, you’ll be supported in your development. You’ll join our Hire Expert for the first 12 months where you’ll build up the skills to excel in all things Hire and the BSS Business. In year 2 you’ll focus on developing your skills as a leader. You’ll learn about different leadership techniques, allowing you to pick the one you think will work best for you. 
 
What you’ll need
This is a great opportunity for a first step into a future career into a role, and you don’t need to have any previous experience, although you’ll have an interest in working within a commercial and trading environment.
You’ll  need to be energetic and ambitious with the ability to learn fast, think smart and communicate confidently with people at all levels. You’ll be highly analytical and have strong numerical skills and the drive to continue learning and developing, you’ll have the flexibility to work in different locations to discover all you can about our business.You’ll just need to be energetic and ambitious with the ability to learn fast, think smart and communicate confidently with people at all levels. Finer details 
Hours of work: Our working hours also offer a great work life balance - you will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Most of our customers choose to enjoy their weekends and bank holidays which means you can too!

Salary: £18000 starting salary + Bonus + discounts and access to health and wellbeing advice and support. 

Location: This position will be hybrid  based at our BSS Support Centre in Leicester, and some working from home (but willing to travel to other sites, and be flexible to travel to different locations).
