Location: Anywhere Midlands & East Midlands, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Birmingham, Lincolnshire, Warwickshire.

What we think you’ll be doing! However, this is your gig, so we want you to shape the role! 

As the Head of Marketing you will:- 

- Build a customer first marketing proposition. 

- Use detailed insight and data to drive decision making.

- Build a segmentation model to ensure our marketing is targeted

- Develop and set a strategic marketing plan taking into consideration product, communications and most importantly customer.

- Lead the brand, you will ensure all campaigns have a targeted approach with the outcome always focused on return on investment.

- Build a team to help develop the marketing and support strategy for the business.

- Raise the level of customer experience and satisfaction.

- Bring a solid understanding and experience of the Digital world and how it can translate into our world.
