We have an opportunity for a Business Assurance manager to join our Managed Services department. Travis Perkins Managed Services provides contract solutions for local authorities and the housing community, offering a bespoke service to suit the needs of the customer. 

What you’ll do

As the Business Assurance Manager you will be responsible for the programme management of new contracts and projects across Travis Perkins Managed Services, ensuring projects are launched on time and in budget and successfully handed over to regional teams.

Along with the above you will also - 

- Programme management of the successful mobilisation, re-mobilisation and demobilisation of new contracts or reconfirmed contracts as instructed
- Engage and influence key stakeholders including Directors and other senior stakeholders, acting as the conduit to ensure the mobilisation plan meets current and future business requirements.
- Identify any issues or risk which may impact the successful delivery of the project and develop a plan to mitigate the impact of the issue or risk, ensuring business continuity during transition.
- Overall management and responsibility of the mobilisation budget, ensuring each mobilisation is successfully delivered with the budget constraints. Working collaboratively with colleagues in finance and - property.  
- Responsible for managing and developing client relationships in conjunction with the business development, account management and operational teams.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills but also have the ability to relate to a wide range of individuals. You will have experience in project or programme management with exposure to merchanting and facilities management industries. It is important that you are flexible to respond to the needs of the company and client and have the willingness to learn new change methodology and tools as well drive forward change.
