Job Description

As an Account Manager for TF Solutions you will be responsible for growing and developing profitable sales for your predetermined territory across the South East, building a strong customer base and opening new accounts.

We're keen to see applications from candidates based in the South East, location can be flexible.

Your key accountabilities will include
  • Implementing and managing Branch and Territory sales plans as developed by yourself and as directed by your Sales Director.  
  • Develop and execute a customer call cycle which optimises ledger penetration and time with customers, utilising all methods of interaction, (phone, online, video conference, face to face visits) whilst maintaining a cost-effective approach and maximising productivity.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and associated information using Profit Plus CRM system.
  • Own, manage and lead the branch quotation process to maximise conversion rates.
  • Proactively manage customer accounts to include pricing terms, credit limits and prior debt
  • Identify and establish new customers and sales opportunities within the territory and to follow up any new account openings in the area
  • Build effective relationships with local BSS branches and Account Managers.
What we are looking for

You will be someone who is excellent at building relationships and relationship management. You will have had proactive selling experience and the ability to manage your own time and work with initiative.

Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving situations, you will have a winning mentality, with a positive, can do attitude and have a real passion for people and the customer experience.

A field-based role you must be willing and flexible to drive around your territory to meet up with customers, and visit our branches and colleagues as required
