A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Commercial Services team at Boss Court, Grove Park, Leicester as a Commercial Assistant helping drive key data based initiatives that will generate significant benefits to the group.

If you have Commercial Awareness and a passion for data then role could be for you.

You will be doing the following

• Establish and maintaining contact with Suppliers via phone/email
• Collaborating with the Data Governance Team
• Requesting, co-ordinating and validating base data from suppliers along with product volumetrics and image data
• Collect and enter product and data information provided by suppliers onto the tracker in a timely manner
• Preparing product information received from suppliers for application to the computer systems
• Deal with queries/issues as they arise
• Check templates for accuracy and completeness
• Highlight missing data fields and send back to supplier with explanation of why and what required
• Trackers to be kept up to date at all times by team
• Consult with the Commercial Teams
