We are looking for a Commercial Administrator for our BSS business in Leicester. If you enjoy being organised, proactive, working with numbers and delivering an excellent service to your stakeholders, then this is the role for you.
Role Purpose:
You will work for BSS in the Commercial Services Team valuable reporting and administration capabilities. You will work collaboratively with other company professionals with your main objective being to maximise savings and minimise spending.
This role is important because it will provide organisation and reporting to the commercial activities and enable interactions and measure the service quality for the end to end Commercial Services.
The role we are recruiting for is to...
Prepare and input contract support updates into the computer system
Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims
Use spreadsheets and enquiry databases, and resolve queries with both suppliers and branches
Apply accurate and timely price updates
Create new products on all computer systems
Assist with ongoing maintenance of product file data fields
