The role: Commercial Business System Analyst
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining all systems that support our Showroom Business. This will include Fusion, Google applications, Bespoke systems and Hitachi. 

This will support Commercial and Business Strategy to land the 5 year plan.

Accountabilities... 
  • Support an overall strategy and development plan to deliver the K&B showroom commercial plan. 
  • Support development projects and implementation programme.
  • Support the K&B systems strategy within Commercial and provide coaching where necessary. 
  • Responsible for system reporting. 
  • Supports new showrooms systems improvement strategy. 
  • Support mitigating risk and development opportunities identified through impact analysis. 
  • Ensure that reports are created, in a timely manner, for new activity in strategy and promotions implementation. 
  • Support maintaining Showroom CAD planning in Fusion. 
  • Support new reporting to give insight to the business operating model.
  • Able to react to change at pace. 
  • Ability to work with complex data that is not always accurate. 
  • High number of ad hoc requests for data analysis. 
  • Work with IT to ensure system issues are managed through to completion.
  • User Acceptance and Regression Testing of any major changes/developments.
  • Provide analyst skills to support the development of systems, and drive and support effective reporting solutions that meet reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver system training of any (new) system functionality or changes.
What we're looking for
  • Managed the development and delivery of a Bespoke system strategy in a multi-site retail environment.
  • Experience of complex multi-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated to achieve targets/deadlines.
  • Excellent planning, time and project management skills.
  • Able to influence different levels of stakeholders. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and able to communication skills at all levels. 
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, planning and organisation skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or as an individual. 
  • Excellent levels of PC literacy including but not limited to Excel, Business Objects, Google applications etc
  • Understanding of principles of change & risk management. 
  • GCSE grade A-C in Maths & English
