Role: Contract Support Assistant 
Location: Northampton, NN5 5JR
Hours: Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week
Perm/Full time

If you thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and looking for a role within a business which can offer great benefits, plenty of opportunities for career progression then come join PTS as a Contracts Support Assistant within our Regional Service Centre based at our newly refurbished office in Northampton, where we pride ourselves in a hard-working yet friendly environment.

The role:
You will be a fundamental part of the team by being the main point of contact with assisting customers over the telephone or via email to ensure all orders, cancellations and amendments for our key PTS accounts are keyed quickly and accurately to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered and maximise sales at every opportunity by up-selling. 

What we are looking for;

  • Customer focused with excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail with strong administrative skills
  • Experience in plumbing and heating or within a similar business is preferred but not essential
  • Passionate and driven 
  • Credible and professional
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised
  • Able to instil trust and confidence
  • A team player with a friendly, warm personality
