Job Description

Contracts Administrator 
Location - Crick, Northamptonshire  M1 Junction 18
Hours - Monday - Friday 40 hours per week 

A busy and fast paced business with great benefits, and plenty of opportunities for career progression – join PTS as a Contracts Administrator in our Branch Support Centre in Crick and share our success in a hard-working and friendly environment. 

The role:

Within this role you will be responsible for updating contract support documents, whilst maintaining in-house systems.
You will Liaise with suppliers to ensure work is completed in good time.
Supporting the team by managing the team email inboxes, and assist in preparing team reports.
Administrate customer rebate documents and other general administrative duties i.e. queries, telephone calls,and filing

What we are looking for;
  • Previous experience working within an Administration role
  • Hold excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
  • Passionate and driven to help our business grow 
  • Credible and professional 
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised 
  • Able to instil trust and confidence 
  • A team player with a friendly personality 
  • Holding experience of MS Excel (or equivalent), MS Access, Google Apps for Business would be an advantage
