Fed up of your CRM, Data and Insights work not being taken seriously? Well, we have a brilliant opportunity where we need your input, support and creativity to help us build some compelling customer focussed campaigns across our group. So if you are currently working as a CRM Manager, CRM and Data Manager or Customer Insight and CRM Manager and up for the challenge of working in a terrific culture, keep reading

We think you’ll be involved with the below, but realistically you will be involved in so much more! 

As our CRM and Data Manager you will  work closely with  the wider marketing teams and develop and deliver CRM and customer data  strategies for Travis Perkins , Benchmarx and Tool Hire to drive lifetime value from customers through targeted communications and customer journey. This role involves maximising the value in our customer base through technology, insight & data-driven acquisition and retention strategies.

- Are you innovative in your approach and thought process?
- Can you translate meaningful CRM and Data Insights into a meaningful story?
- Do you possess the skills to turn CRM and Data into ROI?

- Do you understand segmentation?
- Can you build relationships quickly and easily?
