The Role
Are you ready to embark on a new challenge that gives you the chance to Join our dynamic retail business as the Customer Lifecycle Manager? You will play a crucial role in shaping and optimising our customer journey. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behaviour, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service at scale, within a multi-channel Retailer.

Able to analyse and map the customer journey across all touchpoints?
Confident to Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience at every stage of the life cycle?
Knowledgeable at developing and implementing segmentation strategies to tailor communications and offers to specific customer segments?
Experienced in Design and executing retention programs to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty?
Able to collaborate with marketing and channel teams to create targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns?
Experienced in gathering customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels?
Fully competent in Utilising data analytics to extract actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in customer experience?
What you'll bring
You will also need to be able to:
Develop and implement communication strategies that keep customers informed and engaged throughout their journey
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in customer lifecycle management or a similar role within the retail industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Results-driven with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
