What you'll do
This is a hybrid based role with occasional travel requirements to our office in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Do you have a passion for online merchandising and have some previous experience in E-commerce on a digital trading team? Or maybe you're a Graduate, keen to pursue a career in E-commerce? If so, we might have the job for you!
The ideal candidate would need to be based in the South West, South Wales or Bristol area.
Day to Day
Managing. Managing weekly performance analysis for specified categories whilst also managing the Team Trading Plan.
Supporting. Supporting the E-commerce Merchandiser as and when required. Loading banners to our website and app to support marketing campaigns and optimising customer journeys to ensure that our customers see the right product and the right time.
Analysing. Analysing, optimising and maintaining categories, search terms associated to those categories, and product facets through manipulation of rules in our Search and Merch tool.
Responsibility. Highlighting potential areas to drive growth as well as to achieve quick wins. Working towards taking sole responsibility for some product categories.
Reviewing and Improving. Shopping like our customers to review and identify inaccuracies and improvements across the website and app. Contributing to improvements to our UX.
Supportive. Building strong relationships across the various teams, being knowledgeable on the ranges and identifying solutions to help the wider business.
