Job Description

At Primaflow Stargate we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader. Join our fast paced business and friendly team, where we work hard to simply delivering more for our customers and colleagues.


The role we're recruiting for:

Will co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of order fulfilment and support the external sales team to ensure that we maintain and build excellent relationships with our customers.


We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic professional with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service Team.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, develop and motivate a team of Customer Service Advisors to deliver a best in-class customer experience

  • Manage all aspects of the team's day-to-day management and work allocation

  • Manage all aspects of the team's performance in line with agreed KPIs

  • Complete inbound and outbound calls covering a range of tasks including customer satisfaction, order placing and script processing

  • Appropriately respond to customer complaints in line with timeline and procedures set

  • Carry out all tasks in an efficient, professional and courteous manner; leading by example to the Customer Service Department


Experience & Key Attributes:

  • Strong customer service skills; with a passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
  • Previous experience of supervising a team
  • Experience working in a busy call centre environment

  • A strong influencer with first class communication skills

  • Self-motivated and target driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritise heavy workload

  • Ability to delegate workloads and manage employee relations

  • A positive and determined approach with the ability to motivate others
