The role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will support in managing the P&H Division email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, adhering to the different P&H brands and tone of voice. Support in planning, implementing and reviewing the CRM journeys for P&H Brands via Emails and Direct Mail.

• Drive traffic to the website

• Ensure all campaigns and segments are measured

• Reporting on conversion rates and campaign success

• Manage effective working relationships across the business

• People Manage a small but driven and successful team.
  
  

What we’re looking for:
The ideal applicant will be degree educated with a wealth of experience in delivering and analysing email campaigns. They will possess comprehensive marketing communications knowledge, strong communication skills and be results-driven.

• A proven track record of using email effectively to drive engagement is essential.

• Knowledge of Marketing Email Platforms and Google is advantageous but not essential

• Great attention to detail, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

• Excellent People leader.
