We have exciting growth plans and, with this in mind, we’re looking to talk to candidates who would be interested in joining us as an Admin Assistant for our Northern Divsion.

We’re looking for someone who can support and help organise our senior leaderhsip team across the Northern Division.  Youl will be used to working on many things at once, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a number of diaries and email accounts. 

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, who is able to work on their own initiative and who is confident in building strong relationships with many stakeholders at varying levels.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  1. Maintain the efficient flow of email on a day to day basis for the Regional Leadership team

  2. Control and successfully communicate the diary movements for the Leadership team, support in arranging travel and accomodation

  3. To provide a streamlined level of communication to stores relating to relevant Company and Divisional activity ensuring only business relevant information is forwarded (observing the need to prioritise on a urgent / important basis)

  4. Support the Leadership team with facilitating the preparation of the Regional meetings to include meeting content, agenda etc

  5. Actively support the team on an ad-hoc basis with business critical issues which require immediate input and review

  6. Working to a 12-month horizon, ensure all future Group and Company workload is planned in advance, keeping the team up to date with all forthcoming activity

  7. To support the team with the effective management of all company specific systems

  8. To actively encourage and seek out effective business relationships with key departments within the Group. Mandatory departments to include Employee Relations, Human Resources, I.T,  Finance and Central Operations
