The role
You will be responsible for delivering our products to our customers using our delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.  Making sure that the vehicle is loaded correctly and that we meet road transport and traffic legislation standards, you’ll help our operations run smoothly as possible.

What we are looking for?
You will hold the appropriate driving licence.  Out on the road, you’ll be able to work on your own with minimum supervision.  This is a key customer-facing role and you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and branches, your people skills will be of a top standard.

Working within this key customer facing role, you will be responsible for delivering to our customers with a smile and completing all necessary paperwork accurately to make sure they are absolutely satisfied with the goods they buy and the service they receive.  You will also be responsible for all aspects of safety of both the vehicle and load. You must be capable of handling the necessary paperwork.

Training and funding will be provided to undertake your CPC and category C LGV/HGV driving test together with additional job skill requirements, in particular Crane Remote HIAB.

The most important thing is that you will have a flexible and can do approach.
