What you'll do
Here at Toolstation, we're delivering amazing success with our Digital and E-Commerce transformation. So this role is right at the heart of the action, coordinating multiple product enrichment projects by bringing together stakeholders with a clear objective of providing our customers with the right information to enhance their online shopping experience and deliver sales.
Support. Working closely with the Product Data Manager, you'll define and agree the prioritisation of products requiring optimisation and determine mandatory attributes and create unique smart sheets. You'll also support the Merchandising team with their product related requirements.
Content Creation. You'll work closely with the wider Content team to create, co-ordinate and align all product enrichment projects (data, descriptions, media) and support the Digital Content Writer with the creation and editing of product content on large scale projects.
Compliance. You'll set new line product information standards and ensure compliance, championing the process and ensuring adherence to tasks and timescales.
Analyse. You'll analyse performance metrics and share successes across the wider business.
