Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking at putting your stamp on a New Division within a FTSE 250 organisation? We’ve huge ambitions for 2021 within our E-Commerce businesses and therefore we're on the lookout for an experienced and commercially-minded Finance Business Partner.

In this role it is fundamental that you have brilliant business acumen, your role will include business partnering to not only help improve the business but to mitigate business risks also. You will challenge your stakeholders to drive the business forward and create a real impact in a new division. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production of value added reporting to arm business partners with relevant information for commercial decision making

• Present the key themes facing the business at management meetings

• Support the investment agenda including investment appraisal and post implementation reviews

• Work closely with other finance teams to deliver annual planning cycles (reforecasts, budgets & 5 year plan)

Skills/Experience needed:

• Degree educated with relevant professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MBA).

• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge;

• Strong Influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in analysis, planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen.

• Ability to simplify complex situations in order to communicate and present back to non finance stakeholders

• Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative.

• Exposure to SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills preferrable.
