We are creating innovative fulfilment solutions to save time and money for our core customers. In addition, we are expanding into new markets that require an innovative approach.

What you will be doing: Head of Supply Chain Innovation

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the opportunity is to lead the delivery of supply chain and fulfilment initiatives for Travis Perkins Managed Services. The challenge is to plan, design/redesign and implement our approach to managed service fulfilment. We’re expecting the day to day responsibilities will be similar to the following, however, we need your input to define and shape the role. 

The types of challenge: Head of Supply Chain Innovation

• Lead the supply chain elements of the branch network transformation and development.
• Continually improving the supply chain proposition which enables a future omni-channel solution.
• Lead supply chain projects which transform the TPMS proposition from a collect to delivered business model.. 
• Lead the development of our need supply chain solution for Modular housing factory solutions.
• Work with project teams and wider stakeholders to develop bespoke supply chain solutions.
• Work with the SMT with senior management the annual operating plan to ensure this achieves optimum levels of performance

Who are we looking for? Head of Supply Chain Innovation

• Can you help us develop a successful supply chain and fulfilment project plan that will lead us to success between 3-5 years?

• Have you worked in commercial environments previously where results relate directly to profit.

• Do you have a natural leadership style and a track record of influencing and driving change programmes?
