The Role

Are you ready to embark on a new challenge that gives you the chance to Join our dynamic retail business as an Assistant Campaign Manager?

You will spearhead the planning and execution direction of the Trading Plan, developing impactful marketing, product and promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition, spend, and loyalty. Using a data-driven, customer-first strategic approach, you’ll lead and influence cross-functional channel and commercial teams to develop and implement campaigns from concept development to asset and campaign sign-off, and post campaign performance review.

Confident to take end-to-end accountability for strategy, planning, and briefing agency/internal teams, from concept development to final delivery, securing senior stakeholder sign-off?

Able to develop comprehensive briefs and objectives, set key performance indicators (KPIs), define the target audience, develop key messages, define the budget (where relevant), lead creative & messaging concepts?


Own and drive the process from; scoping, briefing, playback and sign-off sessions, ensuring decisions are driven by data and customer insights, whilst serving as a brand guardian to achieve business and campaign objectives?


Able to effectively collaborate with the Commercial Team, Marketing, Digital Delivery & channel owners, suppliers and agencies where relevant, to develop and drive marketing, product, and promotional campaigns?



What you'll bring

Support the Lead Campaign Manager and Commercial Teams with market share growth opportunities from own brand ranges, developing new brand and product campaign strategiesBe the project manager of new brand creation, from brand identity, ideation to guidelines through to launch, and legal trademark process

Be the primary contact for external agencies and Commercial Teams Brief research agency and collaborate with internal teams to ensure decisions are data-driven and customer-focused 

Lead launches and integration with stakeholders.

Recognise  the importance of working collaboratively across the business. Knowing  how to get things done cross functionally.


Understands own and also business priorities. Planning effectively,  monitor progress towards achievement of plans and Investigate possible roadblocks. Developing contingencies to redirect tasks so momentum is not lost.

Communicate openly and effectively, ensuring that messages are clear and concise. Adapting content and style to help others understand.


Focuses on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them and be a confident decision maker.
