BSS are recruiting for a Direct Hire Administrator who will join us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to provide an exceptional level of customer service to all account and cash customers and branches within our network, whilst maintaining great relationships with our approved suppliers, who support our service level commitments.

In addition to the above key responsibilities will include
  • Answering telephone calls and emails, in a polite, positive and courteous manner
  • Producing and following up all quotations in a timely manner and capture information on lost orders
  • Producing orders accurately to ensure credit notes are kept to a minimum and customer experience positive
  • Maintaining a good all round knowledge of our products, services and fleeted equipment to ensure it is fully utilised
It would be great if you were..
someone with a positive manner, who is resilient and tenacious with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results in a fast paced, ever changing, environment.  You must be a passionate individual with excellent customer service skills and have the ability to see things through the customer’s eyes whilst keeping your cool in a high call volume environment.

  • Self motivation, confidence and enthusiasm with a desire to exceed
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbally and written
  • Previous experience within a similar environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative, alone as well as within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation and customers
