Hire Support Coordinator - BSS

Join us and be part of a new and exciting opportunity. We’re looking for someone to come and join our Hire team as a Hire Support Coordinator. We’re offering you the chance to come and help grow the Hire IT part of business. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to branch and customers as well as having the ability to maintain great relationships with our suppliers to fulfil service level commitments. You will be part of a team supporting 58 branches to expand our current Hire offering and be responsible for fulfilling orders and quotations as well distributing fleeted kit upon request. You will need to be quick to learn our product range in order to be able to provide an excellent level of knowledge when advising.

The ideal candidate:
 
  • Have a positive manner, be resilient and tenacious with drive and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results
  • Be punctual and self motivated
  • Work in an organised timely fashion
  • Have strong communication skills at all levels, verbally and written
  • Have a drive to provide exceptional customer service 
  • Will preferably have previous customer service and / or work in a hire environment
  • Have the ability to commit to change and an ever changing working day
  • Be able to work under pressure in a high call and email volume environment
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with a variety of stakeholders

Training on the products and systems will be provided. No previous knowledge of the items supplied by Hire is required but would be advantageous.
