HR Analyst
Location: Lodge Farm (Northampton)

Travis Perkins are currently recruiting for a confident and engaging HR Analyst to join our Reward team based at our Head Office in Lodge Farm - Northampton.
Using your excellent analytical and Excel skills, you will collaborate with other HR teams and the wider business to design, promote and execute compensation and employee incentive related strategies to ensure we are able to attract, develop and retain the people required to keep on growing the Travis Perkins Group. The focus will be on delivering a seamless service and understanding the differing needs of our businesses and their colleagues to provide a compelling reward offering which meets their needs and delivers value to the Group.
Key Accountabilities:
Contribute to the design, cost analysis, development, communication and implementation of reward packages across the Travis Perkins Group; ensuring we maintain competitive advantage by attracting, developing, motivating and retaining high quality colleagues.
Analyse data to support the salary review and bonus payment projects, to ensure correct awards are made to colleagues in relevant timescale.
Review, benchmark and make recommendations on the competitiveness of the compensation provision within the organisation and in line with the external market, through benchmarking and salary survey completion
Liaise with various stakeholders (including Senior Management and Directors) to coach the businesses within the Group in effective incentive design and performance measures.
Undertake compensation reporting and analysis as directed to inform decision making and reward direction.
Your drive for delivering insightful business analysis will be key, to ensure success for both our employees and our own business strategy. With your excellent ability to use spreadsheets and presentation tools (within both Google suite and MS packages) and a strong focus on data manipulation and interpretation, you will be able to provide detailed analysis for key business projects.
Along with the above, you’ll also have:
Attention to detail, drive and flexibility to deliver great customer service.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders at various levels
Questioning mind with the ability to challenge the status quo and an ability to conduct research and interpret/present useful insight.
As an HR Analyst, we’ll support you in developing your career within the Travis Perkins Group which could involve progression within the HR sector or within the wider business.
