HR Analyst

Here at Travis Perkins we are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Analyst to provide analytical expertise to optimise the utilisation of HR data.

What you’ll do

You will provide scheduled and adhoc analysis and insights into key HR metrics and produce statistical data, charts, trends and storytell with data as required by HR leaders and Operations Directors in the business. As the HR analyst you will run engagement and D&I surveys, develop, govern and maintain the HR Data Lake and the HR Reporting suite (Qliksense). You will also drive data literacy to stakeholders across the group to help drive decision making through data, but most importantly you will work as part of the Reward & Analytics team where you will collaborate together to help support strategic initiatives.  

Is this you? 

You will be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have worked with leading HR systems and databases in a HR or Reward environment and will possess excellent IT skills and be fully competent in Excel and the use of reporting tools along with the ability to complete complex numerical statistical analysis.
