HR Business Partner (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for you to join us as a HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in our Head Office location in Lodge Farm, Northampton. Partnering across Head Office functions, you’ll have a clear understanding of what drives our businesses, the market and how this impacts the delivery of our people, change and strategy.

Our business partners will be liaising between Directors, Management and the wider HR function; proactively supporting and adding value in the delivery of key objectives through developing and supporting an effective and visible people agenda. You will strengthen existing skills and behaviours, by supporting internal stakeholders with Recruitment, Talent, Engagement and Change along with commercial partnering. Effectively challenging, influencing and coaching Managers to support them in delivering people plans which support the achievement of the business objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • Operated at HRBP level in a multi-faceted business.

  • Self starter who enjoys shaping and seeking new ways of doing things

  • Experience with a generalist remit and ability to coach and advise on relevant ER matters

  • Able to demonstrate impact and influence

  • You will be driven, resilient, with bags of enthusiasm.
