HR Business Partner - North - ( Locations - based at Crick M1 Jct 18 up to 2 days per week, 2 days travelling the north patch and Warrington 2 - 3 days per month)

Travis Perkins are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner with a North Regional remit. You will be business partnering key leadership stakeholders in the Midlands, North West and Scotland. You will proactively lead, support and add value in building and delivering a visible and effective people plan

The Role:

Supporting the Plumbing and Heating Division through an exciting and significant business transformation journey, you will play a key part in bringing our people, change and strategy together.  Although we have a strong heritage this isn’t a traditional HR role, and you will be commercially focused, able to balance both a strategic viewpoint with the ability to deliver hands on solutions.

Partnering across multiple locations and businesses you’ll have a clear understanding of what drives our different businesses, the market and how this impacts the delivery of our people agenda. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to coach and challenge and you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our leadership capability through succession plans as well as delivering our people plans with the support of our Director and Management teams.

What we’re looking for:

As a HR Business Partner you will have experience in multi-faceted and multi site roles and businesses working closely with senior leaderships teams to co-create the business plans to deliver business performance.

You will be organised, enjoy working at pace and an excellent communicator with experience working in businesses during significant periods of change and possess a continuous improvement outlook. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to easily engage with colleagues at all levels and building strong working relationships is key to your success.
