Make a difference. Join our Travis Perkins family as a HR Coordinator, adding value to our business by supporting the ER team to deliver employee relations advice and support.

What you’ll do

As a HR Coordinator you will be providing practical, responsive and compliant Employee Relations support through a range of administrative and coordination activities, playing an important role in increasing responsiveness and the overall performance of the ER team.
 
You will provide professional, co-ordinated admin support with a range of activities such as references, redundancy calculations, medical referrals and cheque requests. You will also respond to Subject Access Requests by collating, redacting and sending data to Data Subjects. 
  
Is this you?

Ideally you will have experience within a HR/ER administrative role within a fast paced working environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to utilise your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as applying your strong IT skills. We will also need you to be driven, enthusiastic and approachable!
