Travis Perkins are currently recruiting for a confident and engaging HR Systems Analyst to join our Reward team based at our Head Office in Lodge Farm - Northampton. You will be providing analytical and technical support to the HRIS Manager. This includes, but not limited to: maintaining quality and consistency of our HR database information and configuration; ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current policies and guidelines.

Using your excellent analytical and Excel skills, you will collaborate with the wider HRIS Team and you will be responsible for the following accountabilities within this varied role:

Key Accountabilities

• Support the HR IS Manager to define and maintain HR system standards, ensuring that all Travis Perkins Group job profiles, titles and grades are aligned and familiarised to cost centres and organisational business units.

• Responsible for inputting and analysing all system rules are within the database structure correctly.

• Assist with the development, design, build, testing/implementation and maintenance of the new HR system

• Analyse the database and share your findings, so that they can help with troubleshooting/identifying technical problems

• Run scheduled reports along with adhoc reporting on technology deployment and future trends

• Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through information system changes

• Provide 2nd line support for HRIS

Your drive for delivering insightful business analysis will be key, to ensure success for both our employees and our own business strategy. With your excellent ability to use spreadsheets and presentation tools (within both Google suite and MS packages) and a strong focus on data manipulation and interpretation, you will be able to provide detailed analysis for key business projects.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders at various levels

• Questioning mind with the ability to challenge the status quo and an ability to conduct research and interpret/present useful insight.
