The Role

The main purpose of the role is to drive sales by optimising customer facing availability whilst providing an efficient and effective supply chain.

  • Provide day to day operational support and advice to the wider Supply Chain team
  • Coordinate flow of information between internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Identification and resolution of exceptions and threats impacting replenishment, customer facing availability and priority deadlines
  • Maintenance and update of track and trace aspects of import related logistics from system set up to stock arrival and receipt in the warehouse ensuring continuous accuracy of inventory
  • Uphold and enforce import processes and procedures facilitating efficient replenishment and upholding best practice throughout the import process

You will create and own the delivery of:

    • Positive contribution to customer facing availability and out of stock resolution
    • Order planning guidance for key periods of disruption
    • Risk and issue tracking and methods of resolution
    • Invoice reconciliation of manual POs and guidance
    • System synchronicity, amendments and updates
    • Import order book accuracy, visibility and transparency

      • Ability to spot trends and act accordingly
      • Ability to adapt to prevailing business needs
      • Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
      • Customer focused with excellent communication skills
