Job Description

Internal Account Coordinator (x2 positions)


Poole, Dorset


This role is excellent for someone who is looking for Part Time work, working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 5 hours a day with flexibility on start and end times, as long as they are between the office hours of 8am to 5pm.


We are looking to recruit a proactive Internal Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team based within our  Primaflow F&P business within our Plumbing and Heating Division, based in Poole.


Each day you will be contacting an exclusive selection of our customers, with your main aim being to grow strong relationships with decision makers and stakeholders, growing trade through up-selling and cross selling, and expanding our business opportunities within the marketplace.


You will:

  • Ensure that all relevant contacts are regularly called through proactive contact activity

  • Focus on the development and growth of the trading relationship between the customer and ourselves

  • Develop the range of products in the customer portfolio

  • Negotiate, apply and manage multi-level pricing structures for your customers

  • Grow turnover

  • Grow profit

  • Maintain and increase the volume of trading customers


What we are looking for:


PC literate with good time management skills and the ability to communicate across all levels. A background in customer service and the ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs would be beneficial.
