Internal National Sales Assistant
Location: Bulwell, Nottingham
£Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits
Hours of work: Mon-Thur 8.30 to 5.00, Fri 8.30 to 4.30

An exciting position has arisen for an Internal National Sales Assistant within the National Key Account Team located at our Nottingham branch. The Key Account Team was set up to complement the Technical Service Centre’s by offering, assisting customers and BSS Branches with multi product type enquiries to support Key National Accounts. 

As part of the team you will be responsible for handling sales enquiries
for the company’s comprehensive range of products including valves, pipe and fittings and providing a single point of contact for national accounts. You will interface across the other technical teams and BSS Branches, with internal and external customers alike, to maximise sales at every opportunity at optimum margins. On a day to day basis you will be handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email on a frequent basis and be working in a busy sales office environment. Most of our customers are regulars, so you will build up friendly relationships by giving great customer service which will encourage repeat business.

What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have previous industry experience with great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues. You will be self- motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with good numerical and computer skills. Product knowledge is key to the role but full product training
will be provided.
