What you’ll do

Working as part of our senior leadership team, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the stock budget, including the stock health budget is achieved and availability targets are met in our two NDCs and across our branch network. Working closely with the NDC operation teams you will ensure supplier deliveries meet our health and safety standards as well as meeting our supplier manual delivery requirements and resolve any challenges. You will ensure the cost to serve across the Supply Chain and Branch Operations is kept low through effective collaboration with Supply Chain, Branch and Commercial colleagues.

Your communication and interpersonal skills will be second to none as you engage your team to remain fully aware of the importance of safety whilst meeting customer requirements. Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent. Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information will also be key. You will be constantly improving your team's performance and effectively meeting our customers demand.
