Experience in retail  is not needed, In fact, experience in any sort of work is not required because if you have the right attitude to learn and genuinely want to develop a career, we can teach you the rest. However here are some of the things we look for:

• Hard working -  This job can be demanding and there is always plenty to do.

• Team spirited - Be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty and look after one another

• Reliability - be there when needed (and be fun to be around!)

• Yourself - We have a saying here at Toolstation - You be you, it makes us us, so come and let your personality and passion shine through

Due to some of the products we sell, you will need to be 18 or over to apply for this role.
