Job Description

Are you looking for a role to utilise and develop your creative and marketing skills? Do you enjoy working within a fun, interactive team and sharing innovative ideas? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our CCF Marketing team. You will be supporting the wider marketing team to deliver strategic marketing plans and also have the opportunity to drive national communication projects. You’ll be working cross-functionally with a wide range of teams across the business, and ultimately help to make a difference to our customers front line experience.

What you’ll do
  • Work with the Commercial Team and wider business to develop and produce best in class marketing material over various communication channels including Digital, Printed Literature, Direct Mail and Point of Sale
  • Effectively implement the launch plans for new products promotions, whilst communicating marketing initiatives to the wider business through internal channels
  • Manage the CCF, Sektor & Tradeline websites, working with the wider marketing team and suppliers to source & upload regular online content to support marketing and communication plans
  • Become the key point of contact on all local marketing activity, collaborating with branches, ops and sales to plan and implement effective activity
  • Generate valuable content for customers across all channels including the CCF website and social media channels
  • Liaise with suppliers on joint marketing initiatives and manage a range of marketing agencies
  • Ensure cost-effective implementation of the marketing plan utilising best practice procedures and within agreed timescales and budget

Is this you
Previous experience isn’t essential.. We will need you to be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills. Keeping the customer at the heart of what we do is key, so a completely customer focused attitude is crucial. As part of a hard working and friendly team, you will need to build strong relationships, be prepared to work at pace and most of all not be afraid to get stuck in.
