We have huge ambitions for 2018 and beyond, and we’re on the lookout for an ambitious, dynamic and commercially aware Marketing Coordinator, who is passionate about marketing, brands and customers, and who can help us to deliver our goals.
What do we want?
We’re looking for a charismatic individual who can support us in developing and implementing our exciting marketing plans. Additionally we’re seeking a person who’s confident, enthusiastic and keen to use their initiative. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence, being well organised and planned goes without saying, as there will always be a need to work on several projects at any one time.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A Degree and be studying towards CIM Qualifications or interested in doing so
Two to three years experience in a Junior marketing role
A strong desire to learn, and ambition to progress to Marketing Manager level in the future
Marketing experience and/or exposure to areas such as product & brand-related marketing communications including PR and social media, print production, digital and online marketing, and event management.
Experience of managing or working closely with external agencies - although not essential, would be advantageous.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will get involved in a wide variety of marketing initiatives and lead a number of areas supporting and progressing our Company and Brand marketing plans. The opportunities for learning and personal development in the role will be significant. You will work closely with other Marketing colleagues, as well as our sales teams to support the development of the best multi-channel marketing activity in the industry.
No two days are the same, but these are some of the activities that you will be involved in:
Developing content for our brand websites and social channels
Organising trade and customer-specific events
Liaising with our PR and social media partners on content and campaigns
Managing our email marketing campaigns
Managing print requirements and liaising with suppliers
Making marketing content and assets available to colleagues and customers
Supporting a variety of different projects on specific brands and for the Company as a whole
Supporting the admin and management of the marketing budget
