Are you an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager looking for your next step? We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Keyline team based in Northampton.

This exciting senior Marketing role sits within the wider Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director. Through strategic thinking, strong data driven insight and creativity, you’ll be responsible for all Direct Marketing, Digital and Social platforms as well as our internal communications, as part of the overall business strategy.

What you’ll do
With aggressive growth plans, you will own and develop a strategy that helps build long-term relationships with our customers, covering a wide range of channels. You will manage a team of two to deliver our social & digital plans and keeping our colleagues well informed, through our well structured internal communications strategy. Along with the above, you’ll also: 
  • Define and own the Keyline Marketing strategy across customer lifecycle stages
  • Use competitor and customer insight to develop strategies
  • Develop productive relationships with Sales, Operations, Category, Finance, and creative agencies
  • Deliver new, exciting and engaging campaigns which drive incremental sales and ROI
  • Deliver KPI reports to key stakeholders at all levels

Is this you?
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who is a hands-on team player and can keep cool under pressure! We’ll need you to have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders. Alongside your strong analytical and organisational skills, it would also be helpful if you also have a good understanding of GDPR and data collection. Most importantly, you will be ambitious and be keen to learn and develop!
