Marketing Manager (Publications) - Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

Are you an experienced Marketing Manager that loves getting stuck in? Are you creative as well as commercially minded, and thrive off a changing, and exciting industry? If so then we could have the job for you.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Publications) to manage the development and production of all catalogues, price guides, brochures and promotional sales materials for our Plumbing and Heating brands. You’ll play a key role in driving incremental sales, increasing customer engagement and ensure the successful launch across each brand and channel. You will also develop the B2B customer and B2C end user experiences via print collateral and ensure senior stakeholder engagement by clearly and continually demonstrating the commercial benefits of print based marketing and return on investment.
Your responsibilities include:
Planning, development and launch of P&H requirements for brochures, catalogues, price guides and promotional sales material ensuring literature is up-to-date, compliant, relevant, aligned to business goals and delivered on time, in full and to budget, working closely with commercial, operations and studio/agencies.
Management for the execution of the supporting marketing campaigns and colleague briefing packs to ensure they are clear, will deliver maximum impact for both colleagues and customers and are delivered on time, in full and to budget.
Closely monitoring and reporting on competitors publications to ensure we are continually evolving and improving our publications for our brands and staying ahead of the competition. Working with customer and colleague insights to ensure we understand the impact of our activity and how best to evolve processes and printed materials in a very competitive marketplace.
Responsible for our deals and promotional sale rhythms and collateral for our business, increasing and improving on participation and supporting to meet sales targets in line with business drivers.
Management of online catalogue and product imagery for print and digital use across our channels to ensure products are portrayed in the best possible way. Responsible for the briefing and production of CGI imagery to support own brand products within budget.
Managing the planning process and ensure processes and timelines are fit for purpose across all brands within P&H. Champion the commercial benefits of catalogues / price guides internally and demonstrate return on investment of all initiatives, successes and best practice for colleagues and customers.
It's a dynamic team here, so you'll need to be hands-on in your approach with relevant and up to date marketing experience within a similar role. Alongside being a proven marketing manager with experience of managing a team, you’ll need to have proven B2B marketing experience (creative, print & promotional).
