Mid-Weight Artworker 
Marketing Studio, Travis Perkins P&H

Are you looking to work in a fast paced, dynamic, exciting, agency environment as an Artworker?  If you live and breathe creativity and love being part of a buzzing workplace then this would be the perfect position for you. 

Reporting into the Artwork Manager, you’ll be responsible for the creation and production of design and artwork to the highest standards and within company guidelines for all graphics and creative assets for the business.

Your key accountabilities include: 

- Production of design concepts and development of creative assets for print and digital use  including but not exclusive to logos, icons, infographics, brochures, stationary, online banners, emails, newsletters, leaflets, local marketing templates, merchandising, social media adverts and event collateral, direct mail and above line advertising creative that work effectively across print and digital formats and that are created in line with brand guidelines

- Creation and editing of video content to be used across social media, websites and in branch

- Work with primarily with Design, Creative, Marketing and Multi-channel teams to deliver excellent visual imagery with quality and performance, providing advice and support on creative design and carrying out amends to artwork briefed by the design or account management teams and/or studio manager

- Keep up to date with the latest in software and design applications and maintain personal knowledge and technical competence through professional and personal development, raising training requirements where needed.

- Maintenance of file management to allow effective file location, back-up, archive and transfer

- Provide skilled and technically competent input on all aspects of design and artwork production and to ensure consistency and accuracy across all creative assets

- Organisation of personal workflow ensuring all creative assets are executed within timeline and schedule while actively responding to fluctuating business workloads, raising workload concerns where needed.

- Provide support across other divisional brands to drive best practice and establish best in class ways of working.

What are we looking for?

- Adobe creative cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

- Email platform - Mailchimp or similar

- HTML 5 & CSS

- Video & animation software - Adobe Animation and After Effects or similar

- Understand of UX & UI to improve customer journey, engagement and ROI through effective creative & design
