We currently have a number of  full time and part time vacancies as an Administrator within our export team which is a part of our new National Administration Department in BOSS Court, Grove Park, Leicester which will service all BSS branches throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland. 

What you’ll do 

- Reporting to Team Leader you will be trained to be multi skilled for:
- Dealing with Branches and customers    
- Quoting overseas customers
- Dealing with suppliers 
- Learning the rules regarding Exporting outside the UK
- Learning to use a bespoke Export software
- Creating Export documentation
- Department Administration tasks

Is this you? 

- You will have experience within a similar role.   
- You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets.
- At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
- Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time.
- Be willing to help others.
- Be able to spot and flag issues 

We are looking for self motivated individuals with good communication skills and with the ability to work well under pressure on their own and as part of the team.  You may work across all of our existing teams as required so a flexible and positive attitude towards your work is essential.
