Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.

At Travis Perkins we have an opportunity for Personal Assistant to Regional Director opportunity within our Cardiff site. This role is to support the Regional Director and Sales Director with a confidential and organised secretarial and administrative service. Providing efficient administrative support to the Regional Director, and acting at the first point of contact you will ensure briefs, documentation and all relevant information is accurate and provided in a timely manner for meetings, events and other activities. You will have a great impact in improving the efficiency of the departmental processes by managing a complex diary, meeting organisation and management of complex travel schedules and itineraries. You will also be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met for board reports/type up correspondence and any minute-taking, so the appropriate documentation is prepared. The role also involves specific project work as required to support the Director including organising supplier and customer events.

Utilising your previous dedicated Personal Assistant experience, you will be joining a dedicated and easy going, close knit team. As you will be joining a fast paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity (alongside your excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages/Google Docs).
