What you’ll do...

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced PA to join our Keyline team.  Partnering with our Directors, you will provide efficient administrative support, ensuring briefs, documentation and all relevant information is accurate and provided in a timely manner for meetings, events and other activities. You will add great value by managing multiple ever-changing diaries, organising meetings and by managing complex travel schedules and itineraries.  

The role also involves specific project work as required to support the Director including organising supplier and customer events.  It also includes some confidential levels of Human Resources support and dealing with colleagues at all levels.  

As you will be joining a fast-paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity (alongside your excellent IT skills in Google Docs/Microsoft Office Packages).  

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy having the freedom to manage your own workload and thrive in ensuring deadlines are met. Utilising your previous dedicated Personal Assistant experience, you will be joining a fast paced, enthusiastic and evolving team.

Previous experience within a similar role, and the ability to identify ways of improving efficiencies of the departmental processes and drive improvements.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships, alongside your UK Driving License/own transport as there will be adhoc travel to other sites to meet stakeholders face to face."
