HR Advisor
Full time (Initial 12 month FTC) Remote with travel to Crick, Northampton, Up to £26k
We’re expanding our HR People Team and are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious & driven individuals with a passion for all things People and HR to join us as HR Advisors.
Joining an evolving HR function you will play a vital role in supporting the business on a journey of change and providing a great colleague experience. As an HR Advisor, you will be a key point of advice and support for managers and colleagues regarding people processes, policies and employee relations queries and will also work closely with the wider HR Team to support key People initiatives and projects.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and adaptable individual who places a high value on teamwork and collaboration. Strong communications skills and a fundamental understanding of the role of an HR Team will be essential to success.
Areas of focus include:
Creating and analysing routine and ad hoc HR reports to support proactive decision making, ensuring that all reports are analysed and actioned in a timely manner, including annual pay review and bonus planning.
Support Line Managers across the business to deal with less complex ER issues that arise e.g; Absence Management, Probationary Reviews and conduct issues - escalating to the relevant Assistant HRBPs and/or HRBPs where appropriate.
Provide support and coach managers and PAs to ensure that the HR, Payroll and Expenses systems are used effectively and all colleagues are paid accurately and on time.
Support and tracking of Training modules through the Training system to ensure that starters and leavers have been processed, running reports to check system usage and acting as a point of contact for system queries - escalating these as required to relevant teams.
General and adhoc administrative tasks to support the HR Team and business as and where required.

Required skills and competencies:
Demonstrable experience of working in a true HR Generalist role
Preferable CIPD Level 3 / 5 OR equivalent experience
A confident and effective communicator both verbally and in writing
Computer literate, with experience of Google suite or Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
