PA to Director 12 Month FTC 
Location: Northampton

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.

At Travis Perkins we have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to Regional Director opportunity within our Northampton site to cover maternity leave for a fixed period of one year effective from the beginning of May 2020. This role is to support three Regional Directors and one Sales Director based within the Midlands with a confidential and organised secretarial and administrative service. Providing efficient administrative support to the Directors, you will ensure briefs, documentation and all relevant information is accurate and provided in a timely manner for meetings, events and other activities. You will have a great impact in improving the efficiency of the departmental processes by managing their diaries and meeting organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines and the Regional Directors day-to-day needs are met. The demands of the business can fluctuate  so the ability to prioritise your workload efficiently whilst keeping calm and approachable is essential. You will also be required to prepare agendas and appropriate documentation for all Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager meetings that are chaired by the Regional Directors. These meetings will involve adhoc travel to take action notes as and when required. You will also be the point of contact for Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers within the three subregions, assisting them with any queries as necessary concerning the Regional Directors.

As you will be joining a fast paced team, your strong organisational and excellent attention to detail will be utilised on a daily basis, within this varied PA opportunity, alongside your excellent IT skills in Google Apps.
