Job Description

We have a brand new opportunity as an Programme Manager to join Travis Perkins. This role is to support the Programme Director in delivering key business projects. If you are highly organised, self motivated and looking for an opportunity in a fantastic business we would love to hear from you! 

What you’ll do

As the Programme Manager you will support the Programme Director and the Travis Perkins Senior Leadership Team in management and delivery of strategic projects through identification of business process improvements, project management, communication, reporting and support for project leads. As the Programme Manager you will provide relevant and timely reporting, adding value to the process by engaging with all parties to ensure relevance and effectiveness of solutions.

Key accountabilities:

- Work with key stakeholders to develop our offering in Modular & Offsite Construction while getting your hands dirty on delivering this innovative offering at pace for some very high profile customers
- Identify new opportunities and bring them forward for adding to the project pipeline
- To work across Group to ensure best practice in programme delivery, leveraging resource and efficiencies
- To ensure that all business change communications are fit for the business and link with the Head of Marketing and Head of Internal Communications to approve key messages, customer impact comms and branding

Is this you?

To be considered for this role you would be great if you had experience of managing operational or support office teams and also delivered a real business change. 
You will need to be a strong and persuasive communicator that has good influencing skills. It is important that you are a proactive thinker, can project manage and have managed scaled projects previously. 

It would be great if you were someone that is results focused, can think about the bigger picture and innovative in your approach.
