We have a great opportunity to join the Quality Assurance team on either an internal secondment or 12 month fixed term contract to support and assist the QA Manager and Category Technical Managers with the implementation of new legislation that affects Travis Perkins across both product compliance and sustainability.

What you’ll do

You will be part of the Quality Assurance team, working closely with Suppliers, the Category team and Group Sustainability to help deliver some of the team’s key compliance and sustainability priorities.  You will help to collate and manage supplier documentation and effectively analyse supplier responses to identify and address non-conformances whilst helping to establish processes that ensure compliance requirements are met.  You will support the team in delivery of our sustainable packaging project, working with suppliers to help establish the required data and supporting our plans to remove unnecessary single use plastic as well as supporting the wider sustainability agenda.

Is this you?

You will be highly organised with a keen attention to detail, with experience of data capture, management, presentation and reporting to identify both progress and risk.  You will be a confident communicator, both externally with suppliers and internally within the business at all levels.  It would be beneficial to have some experience working with technical documentation and some knowledge of QA practices and methodology.  It is essential that you can plan and work to deadlines and work collaboratively with both suppliers and the QA team.
